Before the holidays, the CLC team marked a day off on the calendar to get out of Jacksonville for the day for a quick trip to Savannah. The day was meant to help get our minds off all of our current projects and really focus on nailing down some details of future business plans – as well as just take a much needed break! Well, for some reason, I thought it would be a good idea to do the redesign the day before. So we followed through with our plan – on three hours of sleep.

There were more blonde moments than we could keep track of and we didn’t get much “work” done, but I’m so glad we made ourselves take a day off.

Our newly appointed mascot joined us as well. She’s been working real hard. ;)

Savannah is such a wonderful place to slow down, refresh and soak up new inspiration.

When’s the last time you took time off to rejuvenate?
Even if it’s just an hour, I’d encourage you to schedule a block of time to get your mind off work.
You’ll be amazed how it multiplies your time.
